Before You Pay
Two companies are involved and we would rather you knew exactly which does what.
BUSHIDO plans the day and guides it. A licensed travel agency holds the contract and takes the payment.

| Additional costs | Admission fees, meals, optional experiences, accommodation, and domestic flights or ferries where they apply. Every one of these is itemised in your written itinerary before you pay anything, and we add no mark-up to them. |
| How to pay | Bank transfer in Japanese yen. Full account details, including the SWIFT/BIC code for international transfers, are sent with your written itinerary. Card payment is being added — ask if you would prefer it. |
| When to pay | A 30% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due 14 days before the tour. For bookings made inside 14 days, the full amount is due at confirmation. Nothing is charged while we are still discussing your itinerary. You always see the full price in writing first. |
| When the service is provided | The service is provided on the date agreed in writing in your itinerary confirmation. A day runs up to 10 hours from the pickup time stated there. |

Cancellations take effect when we receive your email, Japan time. Refunds are returned by the original
payment method within 14 days. The binding terms are those in the travel conditions document issued by

We collect only what is needed to run your day — name, email, group size, dietary needs, pickup point.
It goes to 有限会社ローライ (Rollei Co., Ltd.) to issue your contract, and to the guide and vehicle operator working your date.
Nothing is sold and nothing goes to advertisers. Card details never reach us: payment is handled entirely
by Stripe. Ask us at any time and we will delete your record.
