The Opportunity

Most travellers pass
straight through Chubu.

Nagoya sits on the line between Tokyo and Kyoto. Most visitors change trains here and continue west. We are not trying to compete with Kyoto on the number of sights. We work on one specific thing — giving your clients a reason to stay one more night.

¥9.5tnSpending by international visitors to Japan, roughly double the 2019 figureJapan Tourism Agency / 2025

Only 4.5% of spending goes to experiences. Hotels and transport are compared on price. Time spent with the person who has kept a tradition alive cannot be compared at all. That is where the margin lives.

What We Do

We stand between
the region and the world.

Upstream — Content

Dojos, tea rooms, shrines, artisans, chefs, hotels, coaches, guides. What already exists in the region.

Midstream — Regional editingBUSHIDO JAPAN

We gather the people, places, food and transport of the region and turn them into a product: fixed price, capacity, duration, language support, safety standards and a wet-weather alternative. You receive it ready to sell.

Downstream — Trade and travellers

Overseas tour operators, OTAs, MICE and incentive, educational travel, VIP clients.

An operator abroad cannot know which dojo will take your group, which restaurant seats twenty, or what happens if it rains. We are the ones standing in the region who do.

In July 2026 we signed a basic agreement with Nippon Travel Agency, and since August our first product has been listed on Miyabi, their B2B booking platform for inbound travel. On 3 September 2026 we were registered by the Governor of Aichi Prefecture as a travel service arrangement operator. We can now receive arrangement work — transport, accommodation, guides — directly from travel companies.

Our Method

We do not sell experiences.
We sell understanding.

ThingsExperiencesMeaning

"I shot a bow." — that is an experience.

"Through kyudo I understood why courtesy matters so much in Japan." — that is meaning.

Meaning is not compared on price. It stays in the memory, and your clients tell others about it. Every programme we build follows four stages.

01 WHY

BackgroundWhy this gesture exists, told by the person who practises it.

02 DO

PracticeNot watching. Doing it, badly at first, which is fine.

03 DIALOGUE

The peopleDirect conversation with the master, the artisan, the chef.

04 REFLECT

Take it homeA question to carry back into ordinary life.

How We Work

From enquiry to the day itself.

STEP 1Enquiry

Tell us the dates, group size, nationality, budget and what your client is looking for.

STEP 2Proposal

We send an itinerary with timings, capacity and language support, plus a wet-weather plan.

STEP 3Quotation

Rates confirmed in writing. A deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due 14 days before.

STEP 4Operation

We run the day on the ground, with the masters and artisans themselves.

We are a registered travel service arrangement operator (Aichi Prefecture, 3 September 2026). Products sold directly to travellers are experiences only; itineraries that package accommodation and transport for the traveller are handled together with a registered travel agency.
Transfers are operated by licensed chartered coach and hire companies.

Books

Books by Kensuke Ueoka
